Anthony Testani is a lifelong Queens resident. His parents settled in Bayside in 1989 and he hasn't left since. After graduating from Holy Cross High School in Flushing, Anthony worked in various customer service related fields. From deli-owner to stock broker, Anthony learned the importance of providing excellent customer service. His love for helping others and building relationships led him to a career in real estate. Licensed in 1997, Anthony began his real estate career servicing rentals before joining a local successful real estate team in 1998. He spent 20 years there where he had the opportunity to learn all aspects of the real estate business in North East Queens. In 2002, Anthony was recognized by Realtor magazine as one of the top "30 under 30″; in 2012, he was once again honored by the Long Island Board of Realtors as one of the top "20 under 40″. Successfully completing over 500 sales transactions in his career, Anthony always took pleasure in helping buyers and sellers come together. Continuing on his path of growth, he realized he had a passion for training new agents. From 2012 to 2014 Anthony assisted the Real Estate Masters Guild as a trainer. He taught classes in qualifying buyers and negotiating a successful sale. Anthony currently resides in Bayside with his wife of 19 years and his 15 year old son. He's honored to say that his son will also be a Holy Cross graduate in 2020.
